| Introduction | I'm a native of Guam, own The Mona Roberts Fitness and Wellness Camps, used to own World Gym/Mona Roberts Fitness Center. I competed in bodybuilding in the 80's and have been featured in many national fitness and bodybuilding magazines. I have a B.A. from Vassar College and have a gold certification in step aerobics from AFAA. I was certified as a personal fitness trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Chicago. I love the outdoors. |
