| Introduction | At age 48 I began having odd physical and mental symptoms. Thinking back, my health had been giving me fits longer than that. Two years later, at age 50, I had a diagnosis of Parkinson"s Disease. My symptoms came to be such that I needed to leave my job after 31 years with the same agency. My last day of work, June 1, 2012, I stepped out the door of my workplace and into the world of a Person with Parkinson's Disease who loves to travel. |
