Introduction	I have been baptized on the confession of my faith in the name of GOD THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT. God in his grace has been merciful to me through the death of His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, and the intercession of the church has forgiven and remitted my sins. I have been filled with the powers from on High and my name has been written in the Lamb's Book of Eternal Life. I will be kept as a pure, simple, and true sister in the Church to serve Jesus until the end.
