IntroductionHi, welcome to my new and experimental attempt at creating my first blog site! My name is Debbie Stallard Sheegog, a wife to Jim, and mother of sons Patrick, age 26, and James, 20. My present home is on the coast of North Carolina, but our family still owns our Alamance County farm near Chapel Hill, North Carolina as we have lived in that area for around 30 years.

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

My "Mimie" could do it, and I watched as a child, and learned how to do this...all you need is small, sharp paring knife, a light touch, and beginning at the top edge of the rim, begin skimming and allowing the peel to fall away connected, continue down the apple until it is done! Oila!!
