| Introduction | I live on an acre in the foothills west of Loveland with my husband and two cats. We enjoy the quiet out here, and the abundant wildlife. I manage a small local food buying cooperative in the Loveland area. My husband and I decided to eat a 100-mile diet for a year, starting Nov. 1 2007. I will be blogging our experiences, our local food finds, and recipes for using local and CSA vegetables. We're nearly five years into this journey, not so strict as when we started, but I have found a multitude of local food sources which we use for nearly all of our foods. |
