Introduction	My name is Natalie, aka "Junk Food Mom". I have a super sweet son named Zachary and a wonderful husband named Brian. I am a full-time working mom trying to balance work and family life. In between work; making sure Z is fed, bathed, and not tumbling down the stairs; I have completely ignored my health. I'm a junk and fast food addict, and I haven't seen the inside of a gym in over three years. Yikes! I hope this blog is a fresh start toward a more healthy lifestyle for both myself and my family. Oh, and I'm sure I'll be throwing in posts about my son and other random musings!
