| Introduction | I am a wife and the mother of 4 children. My husband and I both grew up in small towns but have spent most of our married life in the city. We have also lived in Canada and Germany. We made the move to a small town six years ago and I'm wondering why we didn't do it sooner! It seems I am always on a quest to be more fit and healthy. I hope to some day finish a half marathon. |
