| Introduction | Born and lived in Singapore, I learnt cooking at the age of 12yrs of age. From a non-veg background, I ventured into veg cuisine. This was all due to my love marriage to a North Indian. I decided to blog after my hubby encouraged me to posts my recipes online. My food taster is always my hubby. He has got a very peculiar taste of a Bihari. I would not dare to add lots of spices to my cooking as I feel it doesn't bring out the flavor of the vegetables. I hope many of you out there who may have married an Indian from India will find my blog helpful in vegetarian cuisine especially. To a certain extent, the recipes I hope has a connection on your palette. |
