Introduction	I am a baby boomer who started birding in 1991. In late 2005, I decided to try photographing the birds for my own pleasure and to share the beauty of these birds with others. I had never done photography previously, so I had to learn everything. Digital sure makes it easy and inexpensive to learn. I have a number of photos now on the Houston Audubon Society 'bird gallery' and decided to try a general interest blog of my photo trips.
