Introduction	Throughout his career Frank Schwall has excelled at sales management, prospecting, client cultivation, cross selling, and territory management. He has worked with companies ranging from small businesses to large wirehouses. He has held roles at Business Development Director at 1st Global, where he created brand awareness, and assisted firms in developing a comprehensive wealth management business. Schwall served as National Sales Manager for UBS Global Asset Management overseeing asset management sales in the UBS retail branch system. Schwall uses skills gained from these experiences in his work in New York real estate. Frank Schwall has balanced his work in management and sales with his love of supporting youth sports. Frank Schwall has coached Little League baseball with Scarsdale Little League, where he also sat on the board. During his time on the Scarsdale Little League Board of Directors, Mr. Schwall was instrumental in planning, funding, and constructing the league's first field, including raising $150,000 in private funding. Schwall has also served on the Vestry of St. James the Less Episcopal Church Scarsdale.
