Introduction	My husband and I moved to the twin cities from Portland Oregon about a year ago. We are still in the process of forming our list of favorite restaurants in the area. Portland spoiled us with its plentiful quantity of restaurants serving good food made with the freshest, local, wholesome, top quality ingredients. Though not a food critic by profession, I consider myself to have good taste in food and am still looking for those restaurants in the twin cities which meet the standards that Portland has helped me mold. So far the twin cities are living up to the test, especially in the "ethnic foods" department for which I am especially an enthusiast. I'll keep you posted on my findings. Enjoy!
