| Introduction | male,25 y.o., married, complaining of regular attacks of dullness in life since his first day of doing medicine. the attack is sudden and the course is remittent (remission and exacerbation). he has been suffering the condition for more than 7 years now. pain of being a medical student is seemed unbearable and can be stabbing, dull-aching, sharp lancinating and/or burning radiating to the whole body especially the brain. oftenly associated with unstable emotional control, irritability (especially when seeing other nerds around), loss of appetite, loss of weight, and sometimes hallucinating. never took any medications for the problem (noncompliance). never had any surgery. no family history concerning the same disorder. not a smoker, and no other special habit of medical importance. |
