| Introduction | Welcome to Applestone Cottage. My husband Dan and I bought this cottage in the hills of Western Wisconsin 2 years ago. My husband Dan is a building construction and woodworking teacher at our local high school. He loves to build and I love to decorate on a shoe-string budget. With an empty nest looming, we wanted to take our life in a new direction. We found our little stone cottage on 2 acres surrounded by apple trees. Hence, Applestone Cottage began.
