| Introduction | I've been a journalist, columnist, radio DJ, small business owner, and a gadget-junky geek over the last 20-some years. For the past 13 years I've been a web developer and currently work as an Internet professional in the auto industry. I'm a biker (retired patch-holder) so I go riding whenever I can and I also enjoy outdoor sports with my sons - golf, hiking, hunting, fishing and anything that gets me away from civilization. I'm a pro-life, pro-gun Democrat. Yep, those exist and I'm one of them. I'm also a member of the Patriot Guard which, as a veteran myself, gives me an opportunity to honor those who serve. I've been blogging for awhile (at one point it was part of my job when I worked for a newspaper). I've been active in social issues and the peace movement for several years. I'm former military and support the troops by fighting to get them home. |
