| Introduction | We are keen field biologists with a wide interest ranging from birds and butterflies to plants and everything in between. Domen works as a conservation ornithologist at DOPPS-BirdLife Slovenia, while Sara as a biologist at Strunjan Landscape Park. WildSlovenia is our project that presents and promotes the wildlife and biodiversity of Slovenia. On our website (wild-slovenia.com) visitors can find general information about the country's wildlife, the different habitats and the best time to visit and enjoy nature. This blog is the place where we regularly post photos and stories of our recent activities in the field.
