| Introduction | I am 47 years old. Currently, I am a Journalism Major at the University of Michigan Flint. I have worked in the construction industry as a Journeyman Glazier. My careers have also included work as a Director of Automotive Quality Control and a Political Consultant. I have a thirteen year old son. In 2010 I embarked on a quest for optimal personal health.
