| Introduction | Freelance Illustrator going to school for a Masters in Fine Art, and more specifically, oil painting. i spend most of my waking hours creating some form of art, whether it be digital or traditional paint or film or music. Because my genres and insterests are so wide-spread, my style changes rapidly. I only really entered illustration when the japanese animation and comic book style became popular. It's where many artists started out, and because of it's extreme stylized look and straightforward classification, proved to be a shaky ground for all of us. The wider my knowledge of the art world and the variety of illustration styles in existance became, the farther away i wanted to get from the generic cartoon style. So all of my work is experimental. maybe some day i'll find one that's truly Me. |
