| Introduction | I am a 48 year old man who lives with my partner of 22 years (Tom) and our 5 year old son (SamHarper). We have a good life but in the past 7 years I have devoted most of my energies to starting a business and helping it grow. In that time my health and dedication to me has slipped to a lower priority. I recently watched a documentary called Fat,Sick and Nearly Dead about a man who takes back his life by juicing for 60 days, corny yes, I am inspired to launch me into a new time in my life.
