Introduction	Emily has been working in the Strategic Communications group at ICF International since October 2007, where she specializes in Public Diplomacy, Public-Private Partnerships, Social Networking and New Media- specifically in the Middle East. After leading the strategic development of the online tools for the US-Middle East Partnership for Breast Cancer Awareness and Research, she has since focused her attention on a project called the US-Saudi Women's Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, which launched in March 2009. She received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary, and her M.A. from American University's School of International Service.
Interests	Public diplomacy, new media, women's issues, immigration, illicit markets, southeastern Europe, Middle East, international development, social entrepreneurship.
