Introduction	My name is Rodolfo Ramalho and I am 32 years old. I am a Managed Cloud Specialist and a graduate of UNINOVE in Computer Networks. I lived in Dublin from May 2013 to April 2014 in order to study English and I really enjoyed my time in this lovely country. My goal is to become fluent in English in order to meet the demand of the Information Technology Sector. My previous roles include: • IT Infrastructure Solution Architect, designing new projects for equipment and servers placed in Datacenters and Cloud, covering new implementation, migration and transformation for multiplatform OS, Databases and Applications, with costs, risk and time forecast, change management planning and teams allocation, following ITIL, PMI and QMS processes. • Technical Advisor and consulting for Cloud, High Availability, Servers, Storage and Backup solution. • Administration, support and troubleshooting for multiplatform servers, especially Windows servers. • Pre-sales skill, working in POC (Proof of concept), presentation and training for High availability and Backup solutions.
