Upon his death, Lady Jasmyn was forced to flee from her home in Paris due to, how shall we say, much social and political turbulence and suffers a self-imposed exile from her home and estates awaiting the Bourbon Restoration and the downfall of the Republicans. Yet, in Caledon, Lady Jasmyn has found her true home, the home of her long departed mother, and spends her days in leisurely contentment. |
