Introduction | I am a value investor. I invest in undervalued publicly traded securities, mostly common stocks or their derivatives, of all sizes and industries. I think about value investing like truffle hunting or investigative journalism. I started my first investment fund at 23 years old in 1991. I could not imagine doing anything else for work. I am also a father of 4 kids. I believe I'm better at parenting than investing. I love my kids more than my work. I work hard at parenting. And I pray a lot. I have a lot of other interests, too. I often forget what balance means. My kids tell me, I either go hard or go home. I guess that's just who I am. And I'm o.k. with that. |
