G(Godly)I(Inspiring)R(Redeemed by the Blood of Christ)L(Loving and Learning Y(Yearning to glorify God with my life) When we hear the term "girly girl" we tend to think of a girl/woman who is all about sparkles, frills and glitz and there is nothing wrong with that (I happen to be one of them!). However, that is not what we are about here. Whether we are into glitz, sports, horses, or are hard-hitting business women, we are all so very special to God. I am the proud mother of a precious little girl, Sydney, who is not only 100% "girly girl" in personality but has begun her journey to become a G.I.R.L.Y. girl for Jesus. Listening to her make up songs and dances for Him, simply because she loves Him, inspired me to create this blog. Our precious Lord longs for us, as women, to return to that kind of freedom and joy. Let's run to Him. Let's allow Him to teach us how to truly be G.I.R.L.Y. girls! |
