Introduction I was an Orthopedic nurse who hurt my neck in 1997. I was in so much pain and had a lot of therapies with no help. Until the doctor told me to get out of Nursing. I had been a born-again Christian but had not fully understood that accepting Jesus into my heart shouldn’t stop there. It should be an on-going process. An everyday need for a heart surgery to attain that change that only Jesus could bring. Facing the end of a road, I cried in tears and cried out for His help, for His direction. He did answer! The Lord brought me to the prison. A very dark and gloomy place. Filled with evil. But there, I had learned to trust in His light more and depended on His power more. My fear vanished. The truth is…there is no dark place that His light cannot penetrate. I pray that as I walk on this road, I am reflecting His light to those who are still in darkness. After all, life truly is all about God.
