Our studio, located along the Provo River at the mouth of Provo Canyon, offers a variety of classes for all tastes and abilities as well as workshops and a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga School and Teacher Training. It's Yoga Utah fuses traditional Ashatnga yoga with progressive and creative sequencing that flows smoothly while being challenging and, most importantly, fun!
