Introduction A couple years ago I stopped eating gluten, in an attempt to deal with some pretty trying health issues. It didn't take long to figure out it was triggering a myriad of ailments, but it did take a while to figure out what to eat in the place of my previous glutenous stand-by's. What was originally a huge pain in the butt, became a passion of sorts. All the reading and research led to trying so many new foods, and learning how to cook. Now I'm always searching for new foods and recipes to try. Most of the recipes I post here aren't mine, but on occasion I post something I've made up myself.
