Introduction	Background: Born and reared in Salt Lake City. I lived on the Wasatch Front for 39 years before I took a job in New Mexico. My Career: Latest - Manager over nuclear and chemical safety at Los Alamos National Lab. Earlier -Earthquake hazards program manager. Even earlier - exploration geologist. Educated - Brigham Young Universiy (BS), University of Utah (MPH), University of New Mexico (MBA). Family - Wife, Teri; Sons, Sam & Will; Daughters, Annie, Auri & Lucy.
Interests	Family, religion, skiing, trail running, swimming, geology, outdoor adventures, gear-head, nature, & science.
Favorite movies	Answering this would get me in trouble.
Favorite music	It varies, but I like the new country, 60's through today's rock, and even classical.
Favorite books	1. Treasure of the Sierra Madre, B. Traven. 2. The Bounty Trilogy, Nordoff & Hall
