| Introduction | My name is Kelli and this blog is my journey of physical transformation. On January 12, 2011 my spousal equivalent and I quit smoking and one month later joined a small gym. We have been committed in the gym, but I am not seeing the physical changes I feel correlate to my time spent. So kicking, screaming and lots of excuses later I have accepted what the "experts" say - it is my nutrition; bodies are built in the kitchen. So bookmark this blog and come along for the ride! |
