| Introduction | Jeff and I were married 16 years ago in small-town Nebraska. We started our lives together custom feeding hogs...lots of them! Our dream was to raise our kids on this farm away from city life. We had our first daugther within the first 2 years of our marriage. She was my introduction into what I now hold a passion to...birth. She has also been the introduction into all my passions. Home school, Christianity, nutrition, breast feeding, attachment parenting, cloth diapering, and more. Two 1/2 years later, our first son came into our lives. He brought with him a whole other aspect to live. He was the demanding child. Our third child was the detached child and still is. He is getting better. Our forth child is the complete package. Extended breast feeding, co-sleeping, and delayed speech. In my blog, I hope to cover how women come to having a close connection with their children through a natural birth experience.
