| Introduction | OK, so I gave up a lucrative, if gory, career in medicine when I dropped my Premed major to opt for an English major. Now that I've graduated from Notre Dame, it's a little distressing that my life isn't accounted for the next 15 years by graduate school, residency, and Grey's Anatomy-type drama and romance. I actually need a job, and grown-up things like Roth IRA's and mortgages and dress socks from Sears. Watch me try to make sense of it all, like an episode of Mary Tyler-Moore if she were more cynical, more sarcastic, and had testicles. |
