| Introduction | Reality: I am an seventy year old woman stuck in a 21 year old's body. Or at least, that's how I feel most days. I would rather stay home and craft than go out. I would rather rummage through a junky thrift store, in the hopes of finding treasures, than spend $80.00 on a sweater from Macys. My name is Sam and I am an avid crafter, artist, project enthusiast, fashionista, outdoor loving, 5'1, red headed girl from Georgia. I come from a small island off the coast of Georgia that goes by the name of Saint Simons. It is a beautiful place full of good sushi, warm coffee, lots of sand, and a colorful array of individuals. When I was 18, I moved to Valdosta, Ga to attend Valdosta State University. This is where both of my parents, my sister, two of my uncles and several cousins attended college. I guess you could say it's kind of a tradition. I have the most wonderful friends, a beautiful family, and God who loves me very much. I am constantly being inspired by the people around me and I feel as though now, it is my turn. I hope that these small tid bits of my life bring a smile to your face, and provide you with the inspiration to think, dream, create, and fly. |
