Introduction At the tender age of four I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. My elementary years included a daily routine of wearing splints at night to support my hands and wrists, 120 degree paraffin baths with therapy each morning before school, and 16 - 20 aspirin a day. I failed fourth grade as a result of my JRA and that summer was put on my first dose of steroids to help control the pain. College was possible by state assisted vocational rehabilitation. I graduated from Vincennes and Indiana State University. I began my career in the automotive industry as a programmer of automated assembly equipment and moved into project engineering. I currently work as a process automation engineer in the pharmaceutical industry. In my lifetime I have had many surgeries for pain dating back to 1986. From 1992 to 2008 I had 9 surgeries, one arthroscopic and six elbow replacements, a cervical fusion and a total ankle replacement. I am exploring natural ways of fighting my inflammation since traditional medicine has run its course. There are 46 million American with arthritis. It’s time we get serious about this destructive disease. I hope you will join me in the fight.

You can whistle and steam can whistle, so why do you sing in the shower?

What gets wetter and wetter as it drys?
