| Introduction | I was born and raised on the tiny British island of St Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean - probably made famous as the place of exile for Napoleon Bonaparte. I have lived in the U.K. since Summer 2006. I have a passion for baking homemade cakes, biscuits, cookies and desserts and more recently - Bread. I aim to throw in the odd tried and tested recipe too. I am most definitely a papercraft addict too - I love all papers, in any shape or form and occasionally enjoy card making. I am blessed to have four wonderful men in my life - my husband of 26 years, my two sons, aged 25 and 16 and my step-son age 31 years. |

| Favorite books | Well any Recipe Book (I have no more space at home for them) but I do really like Jenny Colgan's range of novels - well they do reference a lot of Baking and Cooking too! |
