| Introduction | I'm a food enthusiast. I love the smell, textures, colors and of course the taste of food! I think that eating is something we all HAVE to do; so if it's within our power we should: eat well. Cooking with passion has to start with the love of food, the understanding of flavors and textures to create a love affair on a plate. To create is a powerful feeling but to create something that others enjoy is fulfilling and exciting. I've been cooking for 22 years of my life. That's a long time but I remember the first thing I made on a stove was scrambled eggs at the age of about 7. Watching the eggs transform was like a vision. I never looked back. I come from a cooking family a family of foodies. Growing up in the islands of the Bahamas and having a well traveled father who's palette is well explored lent me the tools I needed to experience cooking on levels most kids don't get to enjoy. I want to share my love and explorations with others and to exchange, thoughts, challenges but mostly the love of food. Join me. Eat, Love, COOK! |
