| Introduction | “Are you an applications developer or a business developer?” Is the question I get asked a lot. To tell you the truth, I’m not sure. I’m either a sociable programmer, or a nerdy consultant… I just haven’t figured out which. Luckily, I don’t have to, because I work at an amazing company that is happy to let me do both. But one day, while consulting with a client who was describing how to engage their Gen Y employee base, I couldn’t help but notice that these people – all boomers – were completely missing the mark! From that point, I made it my new mission to explain to companies how to properly engage and work with their Gen Y employees.
