| Introduction | I am a Palestinian-American peace activist. I am the secretary of the steering committee for the Free Gaza Coalition, a member of Middle East Peace Forum and CAIR (Council for American Islamic Relations). My family is direct descendents of Deir Yassin, a village in Palestine that was massacred on April 9, 1948. I am a graduate of Cleveland State University. I double majored in Political Science & International Relations, and have a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. |
