| Introduction | Hello, My name is Christina, I live in south Texas and I enjoy cooking. I am not much of a cookbook person. I mostly use my measuring with taste. I have used cookbooks before but I have this sudden urge to alter the ingredients. I like to cook easy quick meals and I do not hesitate to experiment while cooking.
