| Introduction | Currently Head of CRM for Hive, a consumer IoT initiative by British Gas. Working with Commercial, Operations, Marketing across Salesforce, web, mobile, IoT platforms to produce a great customer experience. I have 15 years experience in managing the delivery of 'CRM' projects for large SIs, small SIs, vendors and more lately end users such as General Motors, News UK and British Gas 'Hive'. Initially this blog was about the 'Cloud' when that was a big thing - now it will be more focussed on different trends, the most obvious one being IoT since that has been my life since 2013. I guess it's not really 'CRM' any more, probably something with 'experience' or 'digital' in the title. As the world changes, the tech changes, but the quest for a happy business and customer remain. |
