Introduction	I surf because of the sandy, salty, sun burned, carefree, no shower days. I surf because of the freedom to dance on a wave. I surf because of the warm summer sun on my back in the later afternoon. I surf because of the coconut and banana smell of surf wax. I surf because of the feel of the sand in between my toes. I surf because surfing has taken me on travels to distant lands I would have never seen. I surf because of the friendships that have been created out in the water. Each handmade bikini that I design and sew encompasses each reason why I surf. If you are lucky enough to live by the ocean, you’re lucky enough. Enjoy!
