| Introduction | I love fitness!!!! It's been a huge part of my life and has helped me gain more self-confidence which I desire greatly to help others achieve through fitness. That's why I graduated with a degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from BYU. I graduated in 2010. Right after, I have birth to my first child, Olivia. I have since had another daughter, Ellsie who is almost 18 months old. I've been married for 5 years in December. My husband is in his second year of Pharmacy school and is doing great! I coach track at American Fork High School and have been doing that for the past five years and I love it!!! I'm thrilled to have t his teaching opportunity through Harmony to teach your children the importance of "Fitness for Life"!!!! |
