| Introduction | I work on a night shift. Some people are fond of me while some people curse me. Some people yell. Some people call me a "call girl" while others perceived me as JUST a "telephone operator." But for me? I am just one person who answers the telephone whenever people call for something. I live differently. From being a call center agent, I am now part of the junior management. I may have rants about what I am doing but definitely I love my job! |
