Introduction	I am a candidate for the Twin Rivers Unified School District Govering Board of Trustees. I was a member of the Grant Joint Union High School District Board from December 1998 through June 2007. During that time, I was honored to be involved with a district that faced up to the fact that major change was needed. As a trustee, I helped establish priorities that made education the number one goal. Attendance went up, the budget was strong, a new school was build, Grant was recognized by the Gates Foundation for technological excellence and our Superintendent was the CA Superintendent of the year. I plan to bring the same energy, committment and consensus skills to Twin Rivers.
