| Introduction | Florencia Zuñiga was born in Buenos Aires on December 28, 1983. Graduated in Visual Arts from the National University Institute of Arts (IUNA) with studies in painting under Elsa Soibelman. Participated in the art clinic held by Fabián Burgos and the contemporary art seminar conducted by Valeria González. Participated in the Juan Doffo workshop until 2008. Attended courses on the history of art given by Hugo Petruschansky. Collective exhibition: “Model(s) for Assembling” (“Modelo(s) para armar”) at the Prilidiano Pueyrredón Art Exhibition Gallery, Buenos Aires (2009). Selected for the KEREN KAYEMET Jewish Award for the Promotion of Young Artists, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Buenos Aires (2007). Collective exhibition: “21 Springs of Democracy” (“21 Primaveras en democracia”), Recoleta Cultural Center, Buenos Aires (2006). |
