| Introduction | i am at a point in my life where i actually have a little time (thanks to my amazing husband who loves having me at home!). our "baby girl" is 15. 2 of our 3 boys (28 and 23) have moved out. one is in law school at the university of alabama, and the other a firefighter in mooresville. our youngest son (19) just started his second semester of college (catawba valley community college)where he gets to play baseball! i love shopping, the internet, cooking, homeschooling our daughter (public school just did not work for her) and in january of 2009, i discovered how much fun it is to be an extreme couponer. i have a few friends who have small kids and need to save money because they are committed to staying home with their babies (oh, i love babies,too!). so i want to make it easy for them to find the deals in mooresville. i try to do the research so they don't have to. it's hard enough to pack up the kids just to do the shopping! since i started this first blog, i have been inspired to have 2 more! excuse me, i have some cooking to do... has some great vegetarian recipes. excuse me, my dad has alzheimer's.... chronicles the day to day adventures with my dad. |
