| Introduction | I am a long-serving trustee with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, with a background and interest in social policy and a passion for children. I am also a mother and grandmother My concern is to see that all students achieve their potential, including those needing special education, learning English as another language,and having social and emotional difficulties. So I recognize that the school system needs support to do its job and strongly support early learning and child development services. This involves engagement with parents, and collaboration with the community. A long term goal is to see integrated children's services for all children. |
