| Introduction | I had a stroke 7 years ago. I am doing quite well. I have a husband and 2 sons. My husband didn't leave the hospital at all during my stroke. He stayed there for 7 weeks without leaving my side. My 2 sons came home from college and high school to be with me. I am very grateful that they cared about me. |

| Interests | I paint with acrylic and fabric; I weave and I go bird watching. The stroke is one thing, I am another. The stroke does not define me. |
| Favorite Movies | I really like movies with suspense. Seven with Morgan Freeman is suspenseful. I think Mr. and Mrs. Smith starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolee is an exciting romance and comedy drama. |
