Introduction	Hoops 4 Israel is a 3-on-3 charity basketball tournament that works with the vulnerable community of Bat Yam to bring social assistance to at-risk youth. This fundraising initiative was established in 2007 and is greatly supported by UJA Federation of Greater Toronto & the Birthright Israel Alumni Community.
