Introduction	I have always been in love with the beauty industry and having worked for Gillette and Procter and Gamble on Billion dollar brands like Venus and Olay I have grown to love it even more. I was dubbed as a Beauty Junkie at P&G due to the fact that everything that's usually out on the market I have tried. In Marketing you have to test the competition constantly.
