Introduction	I am a mom of 3 who has struggled with my weight since long before it was really an issue. I never had the "Skinny girl" frame and tried for years to make myself fit that mold. All that yo-yo dieting and fad dieting over the years has led me to having a serious weight problem, enough so that I would be eligible to audition for The Biggest Loser or Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition. As a wife and a mother of three young children, ages 8, 6 & 3 I didn't feel comfortable leaving them for up to 5 months, so I am fighting the Biggest Loser Journey on my own, with the help of CrossFit Apx, Custom Fit Meals and an amazing, supportive family. Feel free to chime in with encouragement and ideas. I have some pretty big goals to reach, I can use all the support you are willing to offer!
