Introduction	I have been teaching Pilates for nearly 10 years, and my practice also includes helping people overcome phobias, and teaching stress release. I am a Body Control Pilates Instructor, AMT Energy Therapist, and a Reiki practioner. I have a post-graduate diploma in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, and a BA in Literature. So I have a broad range from the practical to the pretty well bonkers. I have been known to use crystals. hope that doesn't put you off. I'm a Mum and a grandmother - how did that even happen?
